Dressing Ingredients

Preparation

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the corn with olive oil and grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender. Let cool before cutting kernels from the cob.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, grilled corn, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.

Make the dressing
