Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 2 large ripe tomatoes sliced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Wash and slice the tomatoes into thick slices. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces. Rinse and dry the basil leaves, tearing them gently.
  • Arrange the tomato slices on a serving platter. Place pieces of burrata over the tomatoes. Scatter basil leaves on top.
  • Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the salad. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.

  • This salad is best served fresh. Enjoy the burst of flavors with each bite.
