Preparation

  • If using homemade dough, prepare it according to your recipe and allow it to rise. If using store-bought, bring it to room temperature.
  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat as well.

Assembling the Pizza

  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  • Brush olive oil over the dough and sprinkle with minced garlic. Arrange zucchini slices evenly over the crust.
  • Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the zucchini, then add dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.

Baking

  • Place the assembled pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is slightly browned.
