Ingredients

White Sauce

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Preparation

  • Combine flour, yeast, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, kneading to form a smooth dough. Let rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  • In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

Assembling the Pizza
