Ingredients
  

Dough Ingredients

  • 1 cup Boil Milk
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Stuffing Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Chopped Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup Boiled Corn
  • 2-3 pieces Chopped Green Chilli Adjust according to spice preference
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 100 grams Paneer Grated
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • Chopped Tomato Amount to taste
  • Coriander Leaves To taste
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 2 tsp Pizza Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Butter For greasing

Instructions
 

Dough Preparation

  • In a wide plate, add 1.5 cups of wheat flour.
  • Add 1 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of oil, and mix well.
  • Knead well to prepare a soft dough and cover it to rest for 5 minutes.

Stuffing Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup of chopped capsicum, 1/2 cup of boiled sweet corn, 2-3 chopped green chilies, 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, chopped tomatoes, 100 grams of grated paneer, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, and chopped coriander.
  • Season with 1 teaspoon of red chili flakes, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder, salt to taste, and 2 teaspoons of pizza seasoning, and combine thoroughly.

Assembling Pizza Bombs

  • Check the dough and prepare small balls with it.
  • Dust one ball with flour, roll it to medium thickness, and add 1 tablespoon of stuffing before sealing the edges.
  • Repeat with remaining dough and stuffing.

Cooking

  • Heat a tawa on the flame until hot.
  • Apply water to the pizza bombs, place them on the tawa, and roast until golden.
  • Transfer to a plate and repeat for the next batch.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For added nutrition, use whole wheat flour. Feel free to experiment with additional vegetables or cheeses. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature or refrigerate for up to a week. Reheat in a pan before serving.
