For the Salmon

For the Sweet and Spicy Sauce

honey
or brown sugar

soy sauce
use low sodium if preferred

chili garlic sauce
adjust to taste

garlic cloves

rice vinegar
For Serving

cooked rice

green onions
sliced, for garnish

Instructions
Season salmon with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook salmon until flaky. Remove and set aside.
Whisk together honey, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, garlic, and rice vinegar.
Simmer the sauce in the skillet until slightly thickened.
Return salmon to the skillet and glaze with sauce.
Serve over rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Adjust sweetness and spice to taste. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat gently.
