Notes

For a heartier meal, add cooked protein such as chicken, shrimp, or tofu. Play around with the vegetables; snap peas or broccoli make excellent additions. If you prefer a bit of heat, sprinkle in some chili flakes or add sliced jalapeños. Swap soy sauce for tamari to accommodate gluten-free diets. Adjust the oil amounts for a lighter or richer dish, depending on your preference. Consider adding a splash of rice vinegar for a tangy twist. Serve with a side of spring rolls for a delightful meal.
