For the Skillet

heavy cream or half and half

fresh spinach

Instructions
Sauté gnocchi in olive oil until lightly golden.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Stir in cream and simmer gently.
Add spinach and feta and cook until wilted and creamy.
Notes
Add a splash of cream when reheating to keep the sauce smooth. Best enjoyed within 2 to 3 days.
