Ingredients
  

For the Salmon

  • 1 1/2 lb salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For the Honey Garlic Sauce

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce

For the Bowls

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded carrots

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice according to package instructions and keep warm.
  • Season salmon with salt and black pepper.
  • Cook salmon in olive oil until flaky and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, and chili garlic sauce.
  • Simmer sauce until slightly thickened.
  • Return salmon to skillet and spoon sauce over the fish.
  • Assemble bowls with rice, salmon, vegetables, and garnish.

Notes

Adjust spice level to taste. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
