Instructions
Wash and dry the apples and grapes thoroughly.
Slice the apples into bite sized pieces and halve the grapes.
Place the fruit in a large mixing bowl.
Whisk together honey, lemon juice, olive oil, and vanilla extract if using.
Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.

Notes
