Ingredients
  

Fruit

  • 2 cups apples cored and sliced
  • 2 cups seedless grapes halved

Light Honey Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the apples and grapes thoroughly.
  • Slice the apples into bite sized pieces and halve the grapes.
  • Place the fruit in a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk together honey, lemon juice, olive oil, and vanilla extract if using.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
  • Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Add mint or nuts just before serving for extra texture.
