Pizza Base

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough or homemade dough

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.

Assembling the Pizza

  • Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Spread olive oil on the dough, then add mozzarella cheese, roasted broccoli, and any optional toppings.

Baking the Pizza
