Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil, stirring until a dough forms.
  • Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size.

Assembling the Pizza

  • Roll the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. Transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
