  • 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish (optional) Optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Open the can of biscuits and separate each biscuit.
  • Flatten each biscuit and place a small amount of cheese in the center.
  • Fold the biscuit over the cheese and pinch to seal.
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the cheese-filled biscuits in a baking dish and brush the garlic butter mixture over them.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Try different cheese blends for unique flavors, and consider adding cooked sausage or pepperoni for extra protein. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days.
