  • 1 lb ribeye steak thinly sliced
  • 1 large pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced ribeye steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Assembling the Pizza

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F.
  • Spread the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the prepared pizza dough. Evenly distribute the cooked steak, sliced bell pepper, and onion over the dough. Sprinkle the mozzarella and provolone cheeses on top.

Baking

  • Place the assembled pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Serving

  • Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
