Ingredients
For the Dinner

Instructions
Sauté onion in olive oil until softened.
Add garlic and cook briefly.
Add spinach and allow to wilt.
Stir in cream and feta and simmer gently.
Notes
Add a splash of cream when reheating to maintain a smooth texture. Best enjoyed within 2 to 3 days.
