Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk the mascarpone cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract and whisk until fully combined.
Pour the cooled espresso into a shallow bowl and briefly dip each ladyfinger.
Layer dipped cookies and mascarpone yogurt cream into glass cups.
Finish with cream, dust with cocoa powder, and refrigerate before serving.
Notes
Chill for at least one hour before serving. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to three days.
