Ingredients
  

Mascarpone Yogurt Cream

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese softened
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Tiramisu Layers

  • 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee cooled
  • 12 ladyfinger cookies
  • unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the mascarpone cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract and whisk until fully combined.
  • Pour the cooled espresso into a shallow bowl and briefly dip each ladyfinger.
  • Layer dipped cookies and mascarpone yogurt cream into glass cups.
  • Finish with cream, dust with cocoa powder, and refrigerate before serving.

Notes

Chill for at least one hour before serving. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to three days.
