Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gradually add reserved pasta water to the skillet, stirring until the sauce is smooth. Add grated Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add drained pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce. Incorporate any optional add-ins like spinach or peas.
  • Plate the pasta, garnish with fresh basil or parsley, and serve immediately.

Serving

  • Add a sprinkle of extra Parmesan and a twist of cracked pepper, if desired. Serve with a side salad or bread for a complete meal.
