  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Add lemon zest and juice, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add cooked tortellini to the skillet. Toss to coat with the sauce, allowing it to heat through for 2-3 minutes. Stir in fresh parsley.

Serving

  • Plate the tortellini, garnishing with additional Parmesan and parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
