  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves (for wrapping)

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened.
  • Season the beef slices with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Spread a layer of cream cheese on each lettuce leaf.
  • Place a portion of the beef and veggie mixture on top of the cream cheese, then roll up the lettuce leaf tightly.
  • Secure with a toothpick if necessary and serve immediately.
