Ingredients
  

Warm Apples

  • 2 apples peeled cored and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh Fruit

  • 1 cup seedless grapes halved
  • 1 cup pear or berries

Instructions
 

  • Add sliced apples, honey, cinnamon, and lemon juice to a small saucepan.
  • Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until apples soften slightly.
  • Remove apples from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Place fresh fruit in a mixing bowl.
  • Add warm apples and gently toss to combine.
  • Spoon into bowls and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Serve with yogurt or ricotta for extra protein. Best enjoyed fresh.
