  • Thread a cherry tomato, a basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball onto each skewer. Repeat the pattern until the skewer is full, leaving some room at the end for easy handling. Arrange the completed skewers on a serving platter.

Serving

  • Just before serving, drizzle the skewers with balsamic glaze for added flavor and presentation.
