  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 pound fresh mozzarella diced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves torn

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • While the pasta is cooking, halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the mozzarella. Tear the basil leaves by hand to release their aromatic oils.
