Hot Honey Sauce

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the yeast with warm water and a pinch of sugar. Let it sit until frothy. Mix in flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead until smooth. Let it rise covered for 1 hour.
  • In a small saucepan, combine honey, red pepper flakes, and apple cider vinegar. Heat over low until well combined. Set aside.
  • Season chicken breast with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Slice into strips.

Serving

  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread 1/4 cup pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Top with the mozzarella cheese, sliced chicken, and cherry tomatoes (if using). Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Drizzle the warm hot honey sauce over the baked pizza. Top with fresh arugula, slice, and serve immediately.

  • Allow pizza to cool completely. Store slices in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
