Ingredients
  

For the Bagel Dough

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt thick yogurt works best
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 egg beaten for egg wash

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl until evenly combined.
  • Add plain Greek yogurt and stir until a soft dough forms.
  • Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently until smooth and cohesive.
  • Divide the dough into four equal pieces and shape each into a bagel.
  • Place bagels on the baking sheet. Brush with egg wash if using and add toppings.
  • Bake until lightly golden and cooked through, then cool completely before storing.

Notes

Let bagels cool fully before storing for meal prep. Slice before freezing for easy toasting straight from the freezer on busy mornings.
