Ingredients
  

Pizza Base

  • 1 1/2 cups warm water 110°F
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Toppings

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast diced
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Balsamic Glaze

  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Dissolve the yeast in warm water until foamy. Mix in flour, olive oil, and salt. Knead until smooth and let rise until doubled.
  • Simmer balsamic vinegar and honey in a saucepan until it reduces to a syrup-like consistency. Set aside to cool.
  • Season and grill the chicken breast until cooked through. Dice into cubes and set aside.
  • Mix diced tomatoes, fresh basil, and minced garlic in a bowl. Set aside for topping the pizza.
  • Preheat the oven to 475°F. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to fit your pizza stone.
  • Spread the bruschetta topping over the dough. Top with chicken and mozzarella cheese.
  • Place the pizza on a preheated pizza stone and bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Serving

  • Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the baked pizza. Slice and serve warm.
