For the Dip
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 2 percent or whole
- 2 tbsp honey plus 1 tbsp more to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp orange zest optional
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Optional Protein Boost
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
For Serving
- strawberries
- apple slices
- grapes
- whole grain graham crackers or whole grain wafers
Add ricotta and Greek yogurt to a mixing bowl.
Add honey, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and orange zest if using.
Whip 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and fluffy.
If using protein powder, mix it in until fully combined.
Fold in mini chocolate chips. Spoon into a serving bowl and top with extra chips if desired.
Serve with fruit and whole grain crackers for dipping.
Thicker dip: Drain ricotta in a fine mesh strainer for 10 minutes, then whip.
Storage: Refrigerate up to 4 days. Stir before serving.
