  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce

  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 cup black olives sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion sliced

Instructions

Preparation

  • Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit until frothy. Combine with flour, salt, and olive oil in a mixing bowl. Knead until smooth, then cover and let it rise for 1 hour.

Assembling

  • Once the dough has risen, roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Spread tomato sauce over the dough, sprinkle with cheese, and add vegetable toppings evenly.

Baking
