  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 ripe tomatoes sliced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Prepare your favorite pizza dough recipe or use a store-bought dough. Allow it to rest for 60 minutes if homemade.
  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Serving

  • Brush the dough with olive oil and layer with spinach, tomatoes, and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
