  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast 2 1/4 tsp
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup warm water

  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil, stirring until a dough forms. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth. Let it rise in a greased bowl, covered, for 1 hour.
  • In a sauté pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms, cooking until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.

Serving

  • Preheat oven to 475°F. Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Transfer to a baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce over the dough, followed by mushrooms, spinach, and cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
