Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Pizza

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Slice chicken breasts into cutlets. Season with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs. Fry in olive oil until golden.
