Equipment

  • 1 pizza stone
  • 1 Rolling Pin
  • 1 Baking Sheet

Ingredients

Pizza Dough

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 cup warm water

Toppings

  • 1 cup grilled chicken sliced
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 5-7 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for about 60 minutes, or until doubled in size.
  • While the dough is rising, prepare the toppings. Grill the chicken breast until cooked through, then slice into thin strips. Chop the Romaine lettuce and grate the Parmesan cheese.

Serving

  • Preheat oven to 475°F. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread Caesar dressing evenly over the crust. Top with sliced grilled chicken, chopped Romaine, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven, slice, and serve immediately.

Storage

  • Allow any leftover pizza to cool completely before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for the best texture.
