Equipment

  • 1 pizza stone optional for crispy crust
  • 1 Rolling Pin
  • 1 Saucepan for Alfredo sauce

Ingredients

Pizza Dough

  • 1 lb pizza dough

Alfredo Sauce

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Toppings

  • 2 cups broccoli florets steamed
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preparation

  • Allow the pizza dough to rise for about an hour or until doubled in size. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Gradually add parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
  • Spread Alfredo sauce over the rolled-out dough. Top with steamed broccoli and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Serving

  • Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Allow the pizza to cool slightly before slicing into 8 pieces. Serve hot.

Storage

  • Wrap leftover slices in aluminum foil or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
