Equipment

  • 1 Large skillet non-stick
  • 1 Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, ensuring even distribution.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and golden, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Stir in the chopped parsley and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to combine flavors.

Serving

  • Transfer the chicken bites to a serving platter. Garnish with additional parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Storage

  • Allow the chicken bites to cool completely. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through.
