  • 8 oz bowtie pasta Or other pasta shapes like penne or fusilli.
  • 1 lb ground beef Can be substituted with ground turkey or chicken.
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter Melted for cooking.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh for best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For a savory finish.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Cooking Instructions

  • Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine.
  • Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat gently with a splash of water or broth. You can also prep ahead of time by cooking the pasta and beef separately.
