Ingredients
  

Flatbread Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Toppings

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup pitted olives sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Mix flour, yeast, water, olive oil, and salt in a large bowl. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth. Let it rise in a warm area for 60 minutes, until doubled in size.
