Equipment

  • 1 pizza stone preheated
  • 1 Rolling Pin
  • 1 Baking Sheet lined with parchment paper

Ingredients

Pizza Base

  • 1 pizza dough homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Toppings

  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives pitted and sliced

Instructions

Preparation

  • Allow the pizza dough to come to room temperature if using store-bought. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat as well.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the rolled-out dough. Layer spinach leaves, cherry tomatoes, and red onion slices evenly. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and sliced olives on top.

Serving

  • Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly melted. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  • Slice the pizza into 8 slices and serve warm. Enjoy with a side salad or your favorite beverage.

Storage

  • Place leftover slices in an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.

Notes

Pro Tips: Use a pizza stone for an extra crispy crust. Let the dough rest after rolling to prevent it from shrinking.
Ingredient Substitutions: Swap feta with goat cheese or use green olives for a milder flavor.
How to Serve: Pair with a light salad and a glass of white wine or iced tea.
Storage & Freshness: Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving.
Make-Ahead Tips: Prepare the toppings in advance and store them separately until ready to assemble the pizza.
