Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a baking dish.
Cream butter and sugar, then mix in egg and vanilla.
Mix in flour and press dough into baking dish.
Bake base until lightly set.
Mix marshmallow cream with butter and vanilla and spread over base.
Bake until marshmallow layer is set, then cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Allow bars to cool fully before slicing for the best texture and clean edges.
