  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Pizza Toppings

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and Parmesan cheese. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy. Combine the yeast mixture and olive oil with the dry ingredients. Knead until smooth.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  • After rising, punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface to the desired thickness. Transfer to a preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.

Serving

  • Preheat the oven to 475°F. Spread tomato sauce over the dough, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and add toppings. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
