Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet lined with parchment paper
  • 1 oven preheated to 425°F
  • 1 Knife for slicing vegetables

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pre-made flatbreads
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the flatbreads on it.
  • Using a spoon, spread the tomato sauce evenly over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Distribute the sliced bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and mushrooms evenly over the sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the vegetables.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top of the pizza. Drizzle olive oil around the edges to help the crust crisp up during baking.
  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice into wedges and serve warm.
  • Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.

Notes

Pro Tips: Choose fresh vegetables for maximum flavor. Avoid overloading the pizza to keep the crust crispy.
Ingredient Substitutions: Use vegan cheese for a dairy-free option. Whole-wheat or gluten-free flatbreads are great alternatives.
How to Serve: Pair with a fresh salad or a light soup.
Storage & Freshness: Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
Make-Ahead Tips: Prep the vegetables in advance and store them until ready to assemble the pizza.
