Ingredients
For the Salmon

salmon fillets

olive oil

For the Sesame Sauce

soy sauce

sesame oil

tbsp
honey

garlic cloves
minced

fresh ginger
grated

rice vinegar
For Serving

cooked rice
Instructions
Cook rice according to package instructions and keep warm.
Season salmon with salt and black pepper.
Cook salmon in olive oil until flaky and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
Simmer sauce briefly until slightly thickened.
Return salmon to skillet and coat with sauce.
Serve salmon over rice and garnish as desired.
Notes
Use low sodium soy sauce if preferred. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat gently.
