  • 16 slices of salami
  • 16 slices of prosciutto
  • 16 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 16 fresh mozzarella balls
  • 16 olives green or black
  • 16 artichoke heart quarters
  • 16 roasted red pepper strips
  • 16 fresh basil leaves

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Slice any large ingredients into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes and drain the artichokes and roasted peppers.
  • Thread a piece of salami, followed by a cherry tomato, mozzarella ball, and olive onto the skewer. Continue with a slice of prosciutto, artichoke heart, roasted red pepper, and basil leaf. Repeat until all skewers are completed.
  • Place the skewers on a serving platter. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serving

  • These skewers are best served cold. Consider serving with a variety of dips or alongside a selection of cheeses and breads.

  • Store any leftover skewers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Enjoy chilled.
