For the Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber grated and drained
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Optional Toppings

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.

Tzatziki Sauce

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and fresh dill. Season with salt and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.

Assembly

  • In each serving bowl, arrange sliced grilled chicken and a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce. Add optional toppings like cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and olives.
