  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shaved

Caesar Dressing

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken breasts and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Assembling the Wraps

  • Lay tortillas flat and layer with chopped romaine lettuce, sliced chicken, and shaved Parmesan. Drizzle with Caesar dressing.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to secure the filling. Slice in half if desired.
