Equipment

  • 1 large platter
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Cutting Board

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 large balls of burrata cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 3 cups arugula
  • 6 slices prosciutto torn into pieces
  • 1 cup mixed olives

For Dressing

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preparation

  • Wash and dry the arugula and cherry tomatoes. Halve the tomatoes and tear the prosciutto into smaller pieces. Set aside.
  • Spread the arugula evenly on a large serving platter to create a bed for the salad.
  • Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes and pieces of prosciutto over the arugula base in a visually appealing manner.
  • Evenly distribute the mixed olives around the platter, adding both color and flavor.
  • Gently place the burrata balls on top of the salad. Be careful not to break them open at this stage.
  • Drizzle the extra-virgin olive oil over the entire platter. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired, and serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
  • Encourage guests to break the burrata themselves to enjoy the creamy filling mixed with the other ingredients.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days, though the salad is best enjoyed fresh.
