Equipment

  • 1 salad spinner
  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Mixing Bowl medium size

Ingredients

Salad

  • 4 cups fresh arugula
  • 1 ball burrata cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved

Lemon Dressing

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Preparation

  • Rinse the arugula under cold water to remove any dirt. Use a salad spinner to dry the leaves thoroughly.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine olive oil, fresh lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  • Place the arugula in a large serving bowl. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and tear the burrata into pieces over the salad.
  • Drizzle the prepared lemon dressing over the salad. Gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
  • Serve the salad immediately while the arugula is crisp and the burrata is creamy.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. Note that the arugula may wilt and the burrata may lose its texture.

How to Serve: Best served immediately after preparation. Storage & Freshness: Store in an airtight container for up to 1 day. Make-Ahead Tips: Prepare dressing in advance and assemble salad just before serving.
