  • 1 Baking Sheet lined with parchment paper
  • 1 Mixing Bowl large
  • 1 Whisk

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of almond flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix well to ensure even distribution of the baking powder.
  • In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 2 large eggs, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil until smooth.
  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. The dough should be slightly sticky but manageable.
  • Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball, then flatten slightly and create a hole in the center to form a bagel shape.
  • Place the shaped bagels onto the prepared baking sheet. Optionally, sprinkle with sesame seeds or your choice of toppings.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  • Remove from the oven and let the bagels cool on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm with your favorite spreads or toppings.
  • Store any leftover bagels in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
